SpamArrest is an anti-spam whitelisting service. The owners of SpamArrest use spam to promote their product. On being questionned about this spamming they stated: "Ultimately, we are a business, and we'll have to make our decisions based on what's best for the company." To make decisions on what is best for your network, their netblocks are: 66.150.163.128/26 and 63.251.163.144/28
